The Commission Process

  1. Form: The client must fill out the commission form with all the required information.
  2. Confirmation: After I receive the form, I will either reject or accept your commission.
  3. Discussion & Price Quote: We will discuss your commission. After the details have been specified, I will provide a quote.
  4. Payment & Queue: After the quote is agreed on, I will send you an invoice. You will be added to the queue and your slot card will be marked under Uncategorized until the invoice is paid. The commission will not be started until paid in full.
  5. Work in Progress: When I begin, a rough sketch or thumbnail(s) may be given to the client for approval. After approval, I will continue to the next stages and give WIPs as needed.
  6. Delivery: After completion, I will send the final image(s) via e-mail.
