Terms of Service

The Commission Process

  • Form: Fill out the commission form with all the required information.
  • Confirmation: After I receive the form, I will either reject or accept your commission.
  • Discussion & Price Quote: We will discuss your commission. After the details have been specified, I will provide a quote.
  • Payment & Queue: After the quote is agreed on, I will send you an invoice. You will be added to the queue. The commission will not be started until paid in full.
  • Work in Progress: Depending on the type of commission, I may or may not give WIPs.
  • Delivery: After completion, I will send the final image(s) via e-mail.

As the Artist

  • I retain all rights to my work.
  • I can reject or cancel your commission for any reason.
  • I may charge fees for complexity and repeated edits.

As the Client

  • By contacting and commissioning me, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  • Commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
  • The commissioned work cannot be used to teach AI nor be completed by AI.
  • The commissioned work cannot be completed by another artist.

Communication and Delivery

  • All business is be done through email at nyaromaart[at]gmail.com.
  • The finished commission will be delivered via e-mail.

Payment

  • Payments are only via invoice.
  • Full payment is required up front before any work is to begin.
  • Prices are in USD only and are non-negotiable.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If the artist cancels the commission, the client will be refunded in full.

  • If the client cancels:

    • Before work begins, a 100% refund will be issued.
    • After work has begun, a refund will be issued based on the amount of completion.

  • The client is no longer eligible for a refund after the work is completed.
